1. Please ensure that the time booked / requested includes setting up time and packing up time, in order to avoid clashes with other users.
2. The hiring of the Main Hall does not automatically included use of the stage (Please note that use of the stage MUST be agreed with the Manager at the time of booking, as there may be a production set on stage).
CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICY
If you need to cancel or amend your booking (event), you must give us notice in writing. Because of the possibility of mail or e-mails getting lost in transit, we also recommend that you telephone to ensure it has been received.
Our charges for cancellations & amendments are as follows:
ANY booking amended by date OR to lesser hours OR canceled with more than 28 days notice an administration fee of £10 will be charged; any deposit (where applicable) made over this amount will usually be refunded if canceled.
Bookings cancelled with between 7 to 28 days notice: 50% of the total invoice price.
Bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice: 75% of the total invoice price.
Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours notice: Booking will be invoiced in FULL.
